- 100 jumping jacks
- 90 situps
- 80 squats
- 70 leg lifts
- 60 aerobic steps
- 50 crunches (with 2kg ball)
- 40 squats (with 2kg ball)
- 30 lunges
- 20 jumping jacks
- treadmill, ten mins
all this, for the whole month, plus clean food :’)
